These terms cover your use of the Hodari app and this website. By using Hodari you agree to them. Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement also applies to the app.

What Hodari is

Hodari helps you track your money, plan your day, focus and build habits. It reads alerts and payments you pass to it and does sums on them. It isn't a bank, it never holds or moves your money, and nothing in it is financial, medical or professional advice. Check important numbers against your bank or wallet.

Hodari Plus

  • Hodari is free to use. Hodari Plus is an optional upgrade, sold monthly, yearly, or once as a lifetime purchase.
  • Monthly and yearly plans start with a 7-day free trial where you're eligible. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it becomes a paid subscription.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period until you cancel. Payment is charged to your Apple ID.
  • You can cancel any time in Settings, under your Apple ID and Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
  • If Plus ends, nothing you've logged is deleted. Plus features stop until you subscribe again.

Using Hodari fairly

Don't misuse Hodari or its services: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the reading or music services, and no use that breaks the law.

Your content

What you put into Hodari is yours. It stays on your device as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We work to keep Hodari running well, but it's provided as it is. Features may change, and online services like cloud reading and music may sometimes be unavailable.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for decisions made from numbers in the app. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for Hodari in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, without taking away the protections of the law where you live.
